Il n'existe aucun programme ou plan de gestion intégré de la zone côtière du pays. C'est une situation très grave parce que le pays est insulaire et il faut trouver auprès de nos partenaires les moyens financiers nécessaires pour la mise en place d'un projet relatif à la zone côtière.
